I would then need to get a cpu that would work with this motherboard. I generally like to go with AMD when looking at processors, but for this I'll probably go with a Intel Core i7-990X BX80613I7990X Extreme Edition Processor: $999.99
Now with a CPU like this I am going to need a good cooling unit so I don't end up overheating it. for this I'll choose Corsair CWCH100 Hydro H100 CPU Liquid Cooler: $99.99
Now I'll need to get some RAM for this computer. Since the motherboard can only support 24GB I'll go with 2 sticks of 12GB RAM. With this in mind I will go with Corsair CMT12GX3M3A2000C9 Dominator GT Triple Channel 12288MB PC16000 DDR: $519.99
Since I'm a big gamer I'll need some good video cards. I'll go with two EVGA 015-P3-1582-AR GeForce GTX 580 SuperClocked Video Card: $1999.99
So I now have good visuals, but I'm also going to want a nice sound card in there so I will go with Asus Xonar Essence STX PCIe Sound Card: $179.99
I am going to get some hard drives for this computer, and I'll probably go with two; One for the main storage and a second one, a solid state drive so it will boot faster. So I will go with Western Digital WD2002FYPS RE4-GP Hard Drive: $399.99 and Crucial CT256M4SSD2 m4 2.5" Solid State Drive: $399.99
Now I am going to need to get an optical drive for this computer. I am going to want to get one with Blu-Ray capabilities so I'll go with Lite-On iHBS212-08 12X Internal Blu-Ray Writer: $114.99
I have most of the supplies now, but I'm going to need some where to put all of it. So for a case I will go with Thermaltake VN10006W2N Level 10 GT Snow Edition Full Tower Case: $289.99
Now I'm going to need to get a power supply so all of this will work. I'll go with Thermaltake TPG-1200M ToughPower Grand Power Supply: $299.99
I'll also need to get an operating system for this computer so I'll go with Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64BIT: $189.99
So I now have all the parts for my tower and have spent: $5,500
So I still have a ways to go before I've used all $10,000. So next I'll look at some of the hardware I'll need. I'll definitely need a monitor otherwise I wont be able to see any of what I'm doing so I'll get Samsung S27A750D 27" Class Widescreen 3D LED Backlit Monitor: $599.99
I'll also need some good speakers, otherwise the sound card I put in there will go to waste. So for this I'll choose Logitech 980-000402 Z623 Speaker System: $129.99
Now I'm going to need a mouse and a keyboard. For the keyboard I'll go with ThermalTake KB-CHP001US eSports Challenger Pro Gaming Keyboard: $69.99 and for the mouse I'll take a Logitech G700 910-001436 Gaming Mouse: $94.99
This covers everything I'll need to actually use the computer and so far totals: $6,400
Since I am a into digital art and have $3,600 more dollars to spend I'll probably want to get myself a tablet (Allows me to draw straight onto the computer. Watch it in action). For this I'll go with the Cintiq 24HD Pen Display: $2,599.00
Now having this tablet is nice, but it wouldn't be very useful without Photoshop on the computer. So I'll finish of my spending with Photoshop® CS5: $699.00
With adding these last two items my total spending is at: $9,700
Very nice way to spend $10,000 in my opinion (Still would actually spend this money on education fees).
